Mixology is new to the CBD beverage industry and the Flyers team wanted to embrace our inner Tom Cruise and put our cocktail shakers to good use. What You Need to Know About Ivy Mix
Ivy first served a drink when she traveled to Guatemala at 19 years old. She lived and worked there for years, mixing in travels to Mexico to smuggle special mezcals and tequilas over the border (such a badass) before working at some of the best-regarded restaurants and bars in Brooklyn. With this impressive background, Ivy has been recognized by many within the culinary and cocktail industry as being one of the best bartenders in the country. She has been awarded many accolades including 2015 American Bartender of the Year at Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards and Wine Enthusiast’s 2016 Mixologist of the Year.

Having known and worked with Ivy before, the Flyers team connected with her at the very onset of the idea. Ivy is so renowned in her field, and has such a depth of experience when it comes to beverage creation, that it was the perfect opportunity to work together on such an exciting concept - sparkling CBD cocktails. The team immediately went to work on crafting the beverages, and the rest is history!
